If you have not received an auto-reply email after you completed the inquiry procedure, it may be due to one of the following possible causes.
- You have entered an incorrect email address.
If you have entered an incorrect email address, please send an inquiry to info@jgap.jp. - The auto-reply email has been caught by your spam filter.
The auto-reply email is sometimes misidentified as junk email (spam) by the filter.
Please check your junk email folder, deleted Items folder, or similar. - The auto-reply email has been misidentified as junk email by security software.
If you use security software, the auto-reply email may be misidentified as junk email and sorted into the Spam folder. Please check the folder. - Your email server is full.
You cannot receive an email if your email server is full.
Please check the email server and free up space.
