What are the ASIAGAP and JGAP logo?
The ASIAGAP and JGAP logos (marks including the ASIAGAP/JGAP names and their explanations) are trademarks that the Japan GAP Foundation has the right to use. To use one of these logos, you need to receive permission from the Japan GAP Foundation.
Types of ASIAGAP and JGAP logos
ASIAGAP certification program logo
This logo indicates a certification program that considers sustainability, food safety, environmental protection, occupational safety, human rights and welfare.
JGAP certification program logo
This logo indicates a certification program that considers sustainability, food safety, animal hygiene, environmental protection, occupational safety, human rights and welfare, and animal welfare.
ASIAGAP certified farm logo
This logo indicates a farm which has acquired ASIAGAP certification.
JGAP certified farm logo
This logo indicates a farm which has acquired JGAP certification and a certified agricultural product shipped from such a farm.
JGAP products used logo
This logo indicates a farm product produced
by a JGAP certified farm and repackaged into smaller quantities or processed,
or a product produced using a JGAP certified farm product as an ingredient.
There are two Japanese versions of the logo.
One is for agricultural products and the other is for livestock products.

How to use the logos
Basic rules on labeling regarding the certification, including logos, are described in the General Regulations (Chapter 10). Please contact the Japan GAP Foundation for inquiries about how to use the logos (including how to display them, issuance fees and usage fees, and the application procedure).
