Example of Farm Management

Food Safety Initiatives

Critical control points for hygiene management have been established for each process to ensure the production of safe and secure agricultural products.

Flow Diagram
This diagram documented to clarify the numbers and kinds of the materials input into each process of agricultural work. Clarifying this information, performing risk assessments and implementing measures for each enables the safe production of agricultural products as a results.

Risk Assessment

This is an example of risk assessment. This is documented to clarify the importance and frequency of the risks for each process and the management procedures for each process.

Development of the procedures

Based on the risk assessment, countermeasures and the procedures for implementing them are determined, and the information is then disseminated among employees.
To ensure that the procedures are disseminated among and implemented by staffs, tasks such as the preparation of easy to understand procedural manuals and meetings needs to be carried out.
